Beginners / Refresher
Improvers (upto one year of practice)
(open to Trainees/Experienced or Teachers only - 3+ years minimum)
Level 1 for beginners or those who need a refresher in the basics
Level 2/3 classes are strong & challenging Vinyasa based with emphasis on cultivating correct practice (2-3years minimum consistent practice a must for this level)

Friday night 7.30pm-10.00pm - 'Opening the Hip Girdle through Standing Poses' -
Learn how to protect the lower back and knees through the skilled use of dual actions in the practice of Standing poses
Saturday 11am-1.30pm - ' Opening the Front Body - Backbends & Arm balances' -
Bring balance to Backward Bending by learning to open the front of the body while extending the spine evenly and safely.
Saturday 2.30pm - 5pm - 'Calming the Monkey Mind with Forward Bends & Twists'
The use of supported Forward Bends and Twists to quieten the mind from endless chatter and draw it inward
